PREDICTCHART — PRIVACY POLICY

PredictChart ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is provided by Syncly Applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using PredictChart, you agree to this Policy.

PredictChart is an entertainment game. It does not involve real-money trading, deposits, or withdrawals. Market prices are used only to settle in-game predictions for points.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We designed PredictChart to need as little personal information as possible. You do not create an account with your name or email to play.

a) Information you provide
- Display name: a nickname you choose (you may change it at any time).
- Country: suggested automatically from your device settings; you can change it.
- Chat messages: text you send in the in-game live chat.

b) Information collected automatically
- Anonymous identifier: when you first open the App, we create an anonymous identity (via Firebase Authentication) so your game progress, points, and rankings can be saved. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
- Gameplay data: your predictions, wins/losses, streaks, points, and titles.
- Device and usage data: app version, device type, operating system, language, general interaction events, and crash/diagnostic information, used to operate and improve the App (via Firebase Analytics).
- Advertising data: to show ads, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may process your device's advertising identifier and limited device/usage information. On iOS, ads use tracking only if you allow it through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Approximate location: only a country/region inferred from your device or IP for rankings and currency display. We do not collect precise GPS location.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To run the game: create battles, record your votes, settle results, and maintain leaderboards.
- To operate the live chat and optional auto-translation.
- To display and measure advertising (for non-subscribers).
- To process subscriptions through the app stores.
- To analyze, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
- To comply with legal obligations.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
PredictChart offers an optional "Pro" subscription that removes ads. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not receive your full payment card details. Please review the app store's own privacy terms for how they handle payment data.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use trusted third-party services that may process data as described above:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Analytics, Cloud Messaging) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google AdMob (advertising) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Cloud Translation (optional chat translation)
- Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases)
These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

5. ADVERTISING AND YOUR CHOICES
For users who do not subscribe, the App shows ads served by Google AdMob. On iOS, you can allow or deny tracking via the system prompt and in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. Subscribing to PredictChart Pro removes all ads.

6. DATA RETENTION
We keep your gameplay data and profile while your anonymous identity exists so your progress and rankings are preserved. Diagnostic and analytics data are retained for a limited period consistent with our providers' standard retention. You may request deletion of your data (see Contact).

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
PredictChart is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. INTERNATIONAL USERS
PredictChart is available worldwide. Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10. SECURITY
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
